Brainfeeder London. Fabric. March 2010.
So last Wednesday was the night of all nights. Fabric London hosted a Brainfeeder Session as part of of the Red Bull Music Awards. The night was... hmmm .. shall I say EPIC?!
Having Flying Lotus, Daedelus, Gaslamp Killer, Dimlite, Tokimonsta, Nosaj Thing, Dorian Concept, Martyn, Kode9 & J Rocc play in one night is something that's very rare. Rare for London, rare even for LA and unthinkable for most of the rest of the world. Somehow Gaslamp Killer always steals the spotlight, but other highlights of the night were Lotus, Daedelus & Dimlite. Didn't really feel the J Rocc set, but maybe it had to do that was tired and my legs and back started aching from Fabric's bass setup in room one - they got subwoofers underneath the dancefloor, so when Gaslamp Killer dropped some of that heavy Dubstep, the floor was literally shaking...
